A BOT project for the construction of a 24-story high-rise with 18,000 m² of court rooms and adjacent offices, technical structures and a detention facility over an area of ​​16,500 m², as well as an underground car parking lot for 260 vehicles. The project was designed according to green building principles, with special focus on saving water and power and the use of non-polluting materials. It is the Tel Aviv municipality’s first pilot project for meeting the Green Binder sustainability conditions.
