Pumped Storage Gilboa
A BOO project for the financing, planning, construction and operation of a power plant that enables to store power by pumping water from a lower reservoir to an upper reservoir and is available for use when necessary by releasing the water from the reservoir at the upper level to a reservoir on the lower level.
Etgal Ashdod
An open cycle peaking power plant with regular availability and a 186-MW capacity (natural gas) in the Ashdod Port area.
The company is in the advanced stages of developing the power plant and expects the financial closing to take place in Q2 2019.
Ashalim
Ashalim is Israel’s largest renewable energy project – a 121-MW thermo-solar power plant using CSP technology near the town of Ashalim in the Negev Desert.
The BOT project is constructed under a concession Build Operate Transfer (BOT) agreement with the State of Israel for a period of 28 years. The power plant covers an area of about 1,000 acres and will provide power to approximately 60,000 households. Once completed, the power plant will serve as an important milestone in realizing the national goal of generating 10% of Israel’s power through renewable energy by 2020.
The Acre Carmiel Railway
A project to lay railway lines between Carmiel and Haifa and between Haifa and Beit Shean, as well as between Herzliya and Kfar Saba, including connections to Raanana and Hod Hasharon.
