The project has received BREEAM IN-USE (green building) certification and includes commercial space on the ground floor, luxury office space and open public areas.

CITY POINT

A residential project.
The project is located in Bucharest’s up and coming area – its northern section. The area is characterized by a highly-developed civic infrastructure – shopping centers and parks. It is a neighborhood-size project, with about 1,700 housing units.

CENTRAL GARDEN

A mixed-use project in the heart of Belgrade featuring a residential neighborhood of 374 units and a luxury office building. The office building was built according to the LEED green building standard. The project combines apartments, office space and commercial space on the lower floors.
It is close to large parks and public institutions, the benefits of being located at the heart of the city.
It is a unique project in terms of scope and quality, at the very heart of Belgrade.
